Yet another hat from Ysolda - and another - and...

I said it before and saying it again - Ysolda, you are such a talented young woman and I love your patterns.
Here is another Struan for my little boy, this time in EcoCotton from Marks and Kattens.
And my first Gretel. Yarn from Gepard Garn, SoftWoolSilk. Didn't want it to big, so I knitted the "in between size" and added a little "antenna" at the top.

Quill Lace

Yeah! Finished my Quill Lace knitted with Lorna's Laces in color Old Rose, lovely pink color - and I who's not really a pink person, but I love them.

Back from Sweden

So, now we are back in England after two lovely weeks in Sweden filled with lots of fun and everything from winter snow to spring flowers.

Started with snow-fun in Gothenburg where we stayed with my dear friend Gunilla. Thanks for your hospitality and friendship.
Elliot in snowfight with - oops - me...

Zak enjoys his cocoa-drink.

Met friends I haven't seen for ages, thanks to you all - Eva, Anna, Moa, Camilla, Eric, Vidar, Lisa, Petra, Mats, Theo, Freja, Valle... I truly enjoyed see you again and hope to see you soon again.
...and just check in what a delight I walked into when visiting Petra's work-shop...

After this we went to visit my parents in Helsingborg and this is what we arrived to.

Special thanks for my special treat my mum sent me to - 45 min. hot stone massage & 45 min. facial. Mmmmmm! Couldn't feel more pampered.

...and some wool from the sewing show in Malmo plus some velour from Garda Textil in Gothenburg. Yummy colors.

...and last - my creations during Sweden visit. Struan hat for some little boy - just need to sew in the peak. Started with a Branching Out Scarf from Knitty, and finished 1st Quill Lace sock from Knitty - just one more to go...

Sy Mässa/Sewing Show in Malmö

Yippie! I'm going to a sew and knitt show on Saturday. The boys and I are off to visit my parents this week. On Saturday I leave the boys with them and Sara, Yvonne, Gun and I will go to the show together. I'm thrilled!!! Looks great on the web-site. Cannot wait - especially as it means I will have the day all by myself. Just imagine to actually be able to look around as much as and as long as I want, without running after little boys that get fed up all the time. This is holiday BIG times.

Quill Lace and new Eco Cotton

I'm on my way with Quill Lace - the Easter Sock pattern from our StickaMera Sock Club. I enjoy the pattern which is easy and turns out really cute. Knitting in Lorna's Laces, shepherd sock solid - color Old Rose from Garnkorgen. Lovelly wool and lovely color.
As I'm visiting my hometown Gothenburg, I just couldn't resist visit STRIKK and these balls of Marks and Kattens Eco Cotton came with me home. Will try to make another Struan for my son/s - just change the pattern to fit...
