More Hats and Crowns
More crowns have been made and in kindergarten we are now enjoying many princes and princesses.
I also made myself another summer hat from this pattern in white Safran.
Just in time for midsummer, we could harvest a bowl full of our very own strawberries.

Crowns
One of the parents at our Steiner School has kindly donated some wool, which I happily agreed to make something of. Initially I had no idea what - but coincidentally with the Swedish Roayal wedding, I started to crochet some crowns for our kindergartens and for our summer fair coming up next Saturday. I used a pattern found on this web-site with a few alterations and I think they will be very popular with the children to play with.
I am also so thrilled for my new Wool Winder that my mother and aunt gave me recently. Thanks you both!

Back from a lovely five day residential at my course. Long days and very intense, but we all came back with a lovely copper bowl and felt bag/purse/slippers/beret etc we made during the week along lots of other lectures.
Just finished a summer hat from this pattern and this yarn color no. 05.
